  1. Initial Connection – We start by connecting to ensure I’m the right fit for your business needs. This is FREE.

  2. Coaching/Consulting Sessions – If we’re a match, we’ll start with a coaching session where you can share your challenges and areas where you need support.

  3. Scope of Work – I’ll then send you a detailed scope of work, including estimated hours or units for the project.

  4. Execution – Once you approve the scope, I get to work delivering results. You can start with a small project or tackle several at once. I work on an hourly or project basis.

  5. Ongoing Support – You may choose to have ongoing leadership and business coaching sessions for continued growth and development.
