1. Hogan
Who you are determines how you lead.

Having worked with hundreds of leaders, often they are not aware of their dark side until their career stagnates, they receive remedial feedback or struggle with workplace performance. The HDS is the only personality assessment that identifies critical blind spots that that get in the way of leaders’ success. These behaviors typically emerge when leaders are under stress or when they become complacent and stop monitoring their behavior.

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates you and what type of position, job, and environment you will excel in.

Simply, 360 feedback is a tool that provides leaders with the opportunity to receive performance feedback from their boss, peers, direct reports & customers. Why participate in a 360 review?
360 feedback is a great way of understanding how people view your leadership performance at work. Paired with a personality test, it can breathe meaning into the data, showing you aspects of yourself that are unconscious. Further, when you know the impact of your style on those who work with you, this understanding gives you power to be intentional about how you lead & pursue success.

1. Leadership Style & Capabilities
How effective you are in leading teams & achieving organisational outcomes is underpinned by the leadership capabilities you possess such as integrity, perspective taking capacity, judgement, drive, influence, empathy & authenticity. Your leadership style is made up of your daily interactions, decisions & actions. The 360 review provides a mirror into your style & capabilities that your raters observe on a daily basis.
2. Blind spots, red flags & key areas for improvement
More than likely, you will have development areas, unless of course you are enlightened like the Dalai Lama! The 360 review ask raters for their view on what these are & how you can improve.
3. Strengths & great performance
You have incredible innate gifts that not only need to be recognised but leveraged. Knowing these, build confidence & performance.
Overview of process
1. We have a discovery call to understand your goals & what you want to achieve
2. Online, you will receive an email with log ins to 360 platform. Here you, invite your raters to participate & you will complete self evaluation (survey takes 15mins)
3. At conclusion of survey period, your data is cleansed & 360 report is generated. A debrief of your feedback is given within a coaching session or in conjunction with Hogan, HBDI or Clifton Strengths personality profile.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can i use a prior test?
Absolutely. However, I would recommend retesting to reflect any shifts & changes in your operating style & personality.
How accurate are these tests?
Very. Having conducted hundreds of debriefs (including with cynics), I have not had a session where a leader has not felt the test accurately aligned to their personality & what motivates them.
WHen will I get reports? WIll I understand them?
Reports are sent to you electronically at commencement of debrief.
All reports are written in simple, straightforward language. So, you will understand your test results, their implications, and what you should work on to improve.
Is it Possible to fake an assessment?
Most instruments have built-in measures to identify where faking or distortion has occurred.
It is also worth noting that distortion in results is not always the product of deliberate faking. Respondents may feel nervous or cynical about the assessment, or they may have misunderstood the instructions. Different cultures also respond differently to the test-taking situation.
Is it confidential?
Yes! i adhere to very strict ethical & privacy laws that govern business in Australia. All your information will be kept completely confidential, and will never be passed on to any third party (recruiter or employer). If your work has paid for you to undertake development, I only share what we have completed & your high level action plan. The discussion or any personal matters that arise are kept strictly confidential.
